New Era Expo is looking for community members to help bring the event to life. As a New Era Ambassador (NEAT), you'll help spread the word before the show and support guests, exhibitors, and speakers during the weekend — and be part of a brand new Lexington tradition from day one.

NEAT is our volunteer crew helping bring New Era Expo to life — before and during the event. Ambassadors are recognized as founding members of a brand new Lexington tradition.
Ambassadors are assigned roles based on their interests, availability, and comfort level.

We're looking to have our Ambassador Team confirmed by mid-July 2027, about 30 days before the show, so we can prepare schedules and assignments. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
